Returns
What if you don't like your lamp in the end? No problem, we'll help you out. You can return it for free within 30 days.
Returns can be done in two ways:
1. If you don't have an account, send an email to info-mycreation@signify.com defining your order number and the products that you would like to return.
2. If you have an account you can easily trigger a return via your account. You can trigger a return by clicking on 'return' in the order you want to create returns for. A pre-filled mail will open. Adjust the numbers if you want to return only a part of your order and send this mail to us (the address is also prefilled in)
In both ways we will get back to you soon with the return label(s).
Your money will be refunded to you 5-10 working days after we have received your return.

How are Philips MyCreation products made?
Our lamps are made using a 3D printing process called extruding. This means they are build up layer by layer in a circular motion. We use polycarbonate, a strong, high-quality, and reusable plastic material to create our lamps in a way that prepares them for the circular economy.
Where are Philips MyCreation products made?
We aim to print as locally to you as possible, and have printing facilities all over the world. Depending on your location, your product may be printed in Belgium or the United States.
How long do Philips MyCreation products last and do I have a warranty?
Our products have a lifespan similar to any lighting fixture and come with a standard warranty of 2 years. Please note that all our products are recyclable at the end of their life.
How can I clean my Philips MyCreation product?
Please only use a dry cloth to clean your product.
Are bulbs included in the box?
No, our products don't include a light bulb.
Can dimmable lights be used with Philips MyCreation lamps?
Yes, you can use dimmable lights with our products.
When will I receive my Philips MyCreation product and what is the shipping cost?
All our products are printed on demand and delivered to you in approximately 8 business days. Your purchase is sent for €6.95,- no matter where you live.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can can cancel your on the same day you have placed the order. You can cancel a product in your account.
When you want to cancel after the order day you need the await the delivery of your product and then create a return.
How can I return my order?

What is the cost to return my order?
Returns are free of charge and you will be refunded within 5 - 10 business days after your product is received in our warehouse.
What will be done with the product if I return it?
The materials are reused. The printed parts are melted to be used to create a new lamp.
To which countries can products be shipped at the moment?
Philips MyCreation products can currently be sent within the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria, Finland, Denmark, Sweden. We will expand to other European countries soon.
How can I get product support?
